Course Description

This course is designed to provide learners with the intermediate-level skills and knowledge required to excel in leadership roles. The course focuses on key concepts such as managing remote teams, overcoming common challenges faced by remote managers, and navigating team dynamics. This course does not have a formal exam at the end of the course, however you will be provided with a Certificate of Completion upon your successful completion of all course content.
