Course Description
Covering the iterative and incremental nature of Agile development, this course offers a deep dive into the processes that ensure continuous delivery and readiness throughout the project lifecycle. Learners will gain an understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in Agile development, and learn how to apply practices that maintain project momentum and ensure deliverable quality from project inception to completion.
This is a short course with approximately four hours of learning content. You will have access to the course for four weeks so that you can complete it at your own pace.
Upon completion of this course you will be able to:
- Understand the essentials of managing and iterating on product backlogs.
- Define clear criteria for what "ready" and "done" mean in Agile projects.
- Understand how to break down large projects into manageable user stories.
