Course Description

This course explores the dynamics of Agile teams and the leadership styles that promote empowerment and collaboration. It covers how to create and manage effective teams within an Agile environment, with a focus on fostering open communication and mutual respect among team members. 

The course will help you understand the crucial role leaders play in guiding teams through the Agile transformation and sustaining high performance.

This is a short course with approximately four hours of learning content. You will have access to the course for four weeks so that you can complete it at your own pace.
