Description

The AgilePM (Agile Project Management) Foundation course is designed for learners who want to understand the core principles of the AgilePM framework. This course is suitable for those new to Agile project management or those looking to improve their understanding of the AgilePM methodology.

Learning Outcomes

By completing this course you will be able to:

 

  • Understand the core philosophy and principles of Agile
  • Map out the lifecycle of an Agile project
  • Understand the roles and responsibilities within an Agile project
  • Define the products produced during an Agile project and their purpose
  • Use Agile techniques in project management and define their benefits and limitations

 

By successfully passing the exam at the end of the course, you will also achieve an Agile Project Management Foundation Certificate, an industry recognised qualification certified by the APMG International.

This course is available to all adults over the age of 18 resident in the Republic of Ireland.

Yes, this course is supported by an online tutor who you will have access to during the course.

What is the exam like on this course?

The AgilePM Foundation exam is conducted online and administered by APMG. The exam consists of 50 multiple-choice questions and the pass mark for the exam is 50%. You cannot use study materials during the exam. Your results will be available to you on the day of the exam.

Do I need specific hardware or software?

You will require access to a PC or laptop running a supported version of Microsoft Windows (the most recent version is Windows 11) or MacOS (the most recent version is Sonoma).
