The Change Management Foundation course is designed for learners who want to gain a solid understanding of the principles and practices of change management. This course provides a comprehensive overview of the Change Management framework, emphasizing its importance in successfully managing organisational change.

What is the exam like on this course?

The Change Management Foundation exam is conducted online and administered by APMG. The exam consists of 50 multiple-choice questions and the pass mark for the exam is 50%. You cannot use study materials during the exam. Your results will be available to you on the day of the exam.

Do I need specific hardware or software?

You will require access to a PC or laptop running a supported version of Microsoft Windows (the most recent version is Windows 11) or MacOS (the most recent version is Sonoma).
