There are no specific requirements for this course, however you should have a high level of computer literacy and a strong interest in IT before embarking on this course.

What is the exam like on this course?

To gain certification from the course, you must pass two exams administered by CompTIA. Each exam lasts 90 minutes and there are a maximum of 90 questions per exam. The exams are administered online.

Do I need specific hardware or software?

You will require access to a PC or laptop running a supported version of Microsoft Windows (the most recent version is Windows 11). Certain content may not work as intended on certain versions of MacOS, Linux, and Android.
