Description

This course offers an introduction to the IT concepts and skills essential for those starting in the IT industry or looking to upskill. It covers various areas, including Operating Systems Configuration, Cybersecurity, Virtualization, Networking, and IT Systems Hardware. Additionally, the course introduces the diverse fields of coding and databases.

What is the exam like on this course?

The CompTIA IT Fundamentals (FC0-U61) exam is administered online and has a maximum of 75 questions. The question format is multiple-choice and the test lasts for a total of 60 minutes. The passing score for this exam is 650 on a scale of 900.

Do I need specific hardware or software?

You will require access to a PC or laptop running a supported version of Microsoft Windows (the most recent version is Windows 11). Certain content may not work as intended on certain versions of MacOS, Linux, and Android.
