The CompTIA Linux+ exam has a duration of 90 minutes and consists of up to 90 questions in multiple-choice and performance-based formats. It covers essential areas such as system management, security, scripting, containers, automation, and troubleshooting, with a passing score of 720 out of 900 required.
Do I need specific hardware or software?
You will require access to a PC or laptop running a supported version of Microsoft Windows (the most recent version is Windows 11) or MacOS (the most recent version is Sonoma). No specific software is needed for this course. Although the tutor may recommend the use of free or trial tools.
