Course Description

This course builds upon foundational customer service skills, introducing more complex scenarios and advanced techniques for effective communication. Learners will explore essential strategies for handling difficult interactions, managing upset customers, and incorporating customer feedback into service improvements. Emphasis is placed on cultural sensitivity to cater to a diverse customer base. 

By the end of this course, you will be equipped to tackle challenging service situations with professionalism and empathy, enhancing overall customer experience.
