Course Description

The Instagram for Business and Individuals course is a short programme which will take you as a beginner and show you how to install the Instagram application, set up an account and profile.

You will then learn the various starting features such as how to interact with other users, comment and like posts, as well as upload your own creative content. The course will also show you how to set up an account up for business and how to use the business tools such as insights.

Upon completion of this course you will be able to:

  • Create and manage an Instagram profile.
  • Demonstrate a deeper understanding of how to use Instagram.
  • Create a presence on Instagram for your business.
  • Understand ways in which to improve your reach in terms of digital marketing via Instagram.
  • Gain insights on your social media reach using Instagram's business tools.

This course is available to all adults over the age of 18 resident in the Republic of Ireland.

To actively participate in course activities, participants must have access to a device with internet access. It is strongly recommended that participants have a smartphone capable of running Instagram.
