Course Description

This course provides learners with an introduction to the area of water conservation with an organisational setting. Learners will develop a broad awareness water conservation, understand the current global challenges with water supply and several water-conservation approaches that support preserving water as a critical resource. 

This course delivers industry-developed learning, enabling you to understand the impact of your workplace on water and how you can support responsible water usage, irrespective of your position or level.

This short course, containing approximately four hours of content that you can complete over four weeks, is a blend of online self-study with an instructor-led live workshop. 

The course includes the following engaging and interactive online learning modules:

  • Introduction to Water Conservation
  • Overview of global water challenges
  • Water conservation approaches 

Additionally, a 90-minute instructor-led live workshop will allow participants the opportunity to discuss key water conservation topics and look at the practical impact of water conservation on individuals and businesses.

Upon completion of this course you will be able to:

  • Understand water conservation in the global context of sustainability. 
  • Demonstrate an awareness of global water issues and challenges. 
  • Understand a range of conservation approaches in preserving water as a critical resource.
