The Microsoft Office Specialist Word Associate 2019 (MO-100) is conducted online and you have 50 minutes in which to complete the exam. You cannot use study materials during the exam. Your results will be available to you on the day of the exam.
You will require access to a PC or laptop running a supported version of Microsoft Windows (the most recent version is Windows 11).
No specific software is required for this course. You will be provided with an Office 365 license for access to Microsoft Word.
