In recognition of International Literacy Day, which took place on September 8th, Adult Literacy for Life have launched a new online literacy awareness course, Let's Talk about literacy.
This course is aimed at people who are working with the public. It will help people to become literacy aware and respond sensitively to unmet literacy needs. The course will take around 45 minutes to complete and the content is all available online.
